Ebook subscriptions

When you sign up for The Fogbow Heir, Kit receives your email address and any optional review-team selection. They are used to manage your subscription, send confirmation and ebook delivery messages, and organize review interest. Selecting the review option is not advertising consent. You can unsubscribe through the link in subscription emails. Kit’s embedded form also processes technical information such as the page address, referral information and browser information for its form operation. Read Kit’s privacy policy for its practices.

Advertising measurement

When permitted by your regional settings and privacy choices, the Meta Pixel reports PageView for website visits, Lead after Kit accepts an ebook signup, and ARCSignup when Kit accepts that same form submission with the review option selected. These events measure advertising results and may support advertising optimization. Acceptance is not proof of email confirmation, a completed review, or a brand-new subscriber; repeated accepted submissions may count again.

Meta receives event names and times, page URLs, network and browser/device information, and advertising cookie identifiers it uses, including identifiers associated with ad clicks. We do not add your email address, name, review text or hashed email to these event parameters. We do not use server-side conversion uploads or customer matching for this installation. Under the same permission, the TikTok Pixel reports page views and a Lead event after Kit accepts an ebook signup, with an arc_volunteer parameter (true or false) showing whether the review option was selected. TikTok receives event names and times, page URLs, browser/device and network information, and its advertising cookie identifiers. We do not send your email, name or other contact details to TikTok. An acceptance given before TikTok was added to this notice does not enable TikTok. See TikTok’s privacy policy.

Your choices and withdrawal

Advertising is off by default in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey and South Korea until you accept. If your country cannot be determined reliably, we also ask before enabling it. Other regions use a no-banner default, subject to any saved refusal and applicable opt-out signals. We honor Global Privacy Control by disabling advertising tracking. Rejecting or withdrawing permission does not prevent email signup or ebook delivery. Advertising clicks and impressions can still be counted on the advertising platform independently of website tracking.

Use Cookie settings to accept, reject or withdraw advertising permission at any time. Changes apply immediately on this site and to other open tabs. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent to Meta or TikTok; it stops subsequent advertising reporting. Essential storage for privacy choices and authorized editor sign-in remains separate.

Choice records and storage

This browser stores a random visitor reference, your advertising decisions and their timestamps, the detected country when available, and the notice version shown. Earlier acceptance evidence is preserved when you withdraw. These records remain locally until browser storage is cleared. A local rolling history of up to 100 reported conversion records includes event IDs, timestamps and the corresponding advertising choice; it contains no subscriber email. Clearing storage removes these records and may cause us to ask again. If storage is unavailable, a choice applies only for the current page visit.

Lovable Cloud provides this website’s content and editor-account services. Authorized editors provide sign-in information; team administration uses account emails and roles to control access. Hosting and service providers process technical information to operate and secure the website. Kit, Meta and hosting providers may process data outside your country under their own applicable terms and safeguards.

Access, deletion and questions

To ask Thomas Tedder about your subscription or request access, correction or deletion of subscription data, use the contact page or reply to a subscription email. Use its unsubscribe link to stop email delivery. Your rights depend on applicable law. For advertising preferences use Cookie settings; requests about information Meta holds can also be directed to Meta using its privacy policy. This policy will be updated when this website’s data practices change.
